Built as a "Mediterranean" type villa, it has two Premier Rooms, five Deluxe Rooms and a corner Executive "Surma" Suite. It is set in its own individual hill garden. Most rooms, with individual jacuzzi and balconies, have picture windows that almost bring the greenery "inside". All rooms open onto wide verandas with comfortable sitting places. The Villa has its own drawing-cum-dinning room as well as a fully appointed TV lounge. All rooms are equipped with:

Executive Rooms: The "Surma" suite is a large room with a corner covered veranda sitting area. It has a king size bed, writing table, and large picture windows opening onto greenery that almost comes into the bedroom. A very large bathroom includes a jacuzzi and a shower cubical.
Deluxe Rooms: Comfortable and well appointed, these six (6) rooms have King size beds, picture windows, and balconies with view. All bathrooms have jacuzzis and shower cubicles.
Premier Rooms: The two (2) Premier rooms are comfortable with queen bed configuration .
